Tom Miller
Tom Miller comes the MIC Advisory Board representing Microsoft, where he is an Account Executive focused on the Justice, Transportation and Critical Infrastructure industries. Tom has been in the technology space for more than 25 years, working as a sales and business development executive, and recently joined Microsoft last year as they expand their focus in these areas. Prior to this time, he spent several years at both Harris and Northrop Grumman corporations, where he worked in public safety solutions. Before working in the private sector, Tom spent 18 years in law enforcement, the last 6 of which were as Chief of Police in the cities of Edmonds and Oak Harbor, WA. After leaving law enforcement, Tom continued to work in government on a part-time basis, and served as a City Council member in the City of Edmonds for 5 years, the last two years as City Council President. Much of his work there involved growth management and transportation issues, including regional planning and collaboration.
