Katherine Flesh
Katherine Flesh is Director, Transportation & Critical Infrastructure, Americas at Microsoft where her transportation expertise helps public sector organizations use AI and cloud technology to advance safer, more resilient, and more efficient transportation systems. She brings 25+ years of experience in modernizing infrastructure, improving operational performance, and guiding digital transformation across transportation, state and local government and AEC firms.
She previously led the United States Transportation sales organization at Bentley Systems and served as Vice President of Industry Engagement at Headlight Technologies, where she worked closely with departments of transportation, transit agencies, and engineering partners to improve project delivery and asset management.
At Microsoft, Katherine focuses on supporting state and local government transportation leaders as they adopt cloud based and AI enabled solutions that strengthen mobility, sustainability, and community resilience. Additionally, she is an editorial advisor and contributing author at Informed Infrastructure, where she shares industry insights and perspectives. Katherine is also an active advocate for diversity and inclusion through her involvement with professional organizations such as AASHTO, ARTBA, and WTS.
